The main goal of the Trust Circle will be to create a small community in which you feel held to trust yourself. As you trust yourself you will be able to lean into your intuition, trust in your path, as the trust grows so will the belief in yourself and through this work, my hope is that you will take the steps to start to embody the person you are becoming.

No judgement, no projection/fixing, just cultivating acceptance.

We’ll talk about all manner of subjects, SELF, BOUNDARIES, ACCEPTANCE, SELF DOUBT… cutting through all the BS that we tell ourselves about who we are and what we are capable of.

Calls will be held via ZOOM.
