I'm excited to tell you that #johannasprintshop is now OPEN!
Creating the print shop has been a dream of mine for several months now, a dream that I chose to turn into a plan and then created by sticking to a schedule.
I'll be very honest and share with you that I have doubted myself along every step of this journey. From questioning myself about the initial idea, to whether I would fail, to whether you would take my original paintings seriously if I was also creating prints, to questioning if the designs were good enough and of course, if when I open the shop would I just fall flat on my face.
To keep those negative thoughts under some kind of control, I surround myself with images that remind me how I want to feel in creating the life I want to make. Visual reminders to me that I am not my doubts and that if I keep going, even if I trip up along the way, I can turn those dreams into reality.
I created this print collection with this at the forefront of my mind. I want these ladies to be a daily visual reminder in your homes that 'You Are Strong and Capable' of overcoming what ever comes your way and whatever mountain you choose to climb.
There are currently 7 designs in #johannasprintshop and I hope that you will find one or more that resonate with you.
I'm very happy to be working with the great team at D Studio in the UK to produce these pieces. The designs are professionally printed on smooth Hahnemühle Photo Rag, 308g.
